Risk Disclosures
Not an investment. Squares are display objects attached to a contest mechanic. They are not securities, tokens, or financial instruments. Your only possible return is winning one of the 25 ranked prize slots (or the random $100 community lottery) when a round closes.
Crypto-only. Buy-in and payouts are 100% on chain — BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL, USDT, or USDC. No fiat rails are supported. Crypto value fluctuates against the dollar — you may end up paying more (or less) in fiat than the quoted $1/square at the moment of transfer.
Tax. Winning a round (top-25 prize, owner payout, or community lottery) may be a taxable event in your jurisdiction. Consult a tax professional.
Permanence. All transactions are recorded on chain and visible to anyone. Cancelling a purchase is not possible once the on-chain transfer confirms.
Jurisdiction. Some countries prohibit paid-entry contests with prize pools funded by participant fees. You are responsible for ensuring participation is legal where you reside.
